Kalamazoo Pride 2026
Vendor Information
Non-profit organizations, artisans, and other agencies are invited to purchase a space at Kalamazoo Pride 2025’s Vendor Alley, which will take place on Friday, June 5 from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 6 from 2:00 - 10:00 p.m. at Arcadia Creek Festival Place. Becoming a vendor places your organization in front of our 20,000+ attendees while supporting OutFront Kalamazoo’s work providing programs, services, and resources to the LGBTQIA+ community of Kalamazoo County.

All paperwork is due by Friday, May 1, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
There are a limited number of spaces available and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis, at the discretion of OutFront Kalamazoo. Spaces typically sell out, so get your registration forms in early to guarantee your spot!

Food Vendors
We are not accepting open applications for food vendors this year. If you are interested in being a food vendor, please email drue@outfrontkzoo.org.
