Monthly Euchre Tournament
Our MONTHLY EUCHRE TOURNAMENT is held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Crafted Copper. This is an opportunity for anyone within the LGBTQIA+ community to socialize, connect, and have fun while sharing in a few rounds of this popular Midwestern card game.
Entry is $10 per person, with the proceeds going to support programs at OutFront Kalamazoo. Winners will receive free OutFront Kalamazoo merchandise.

TRANS HIKING CLUB is a social hiking group for transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals ages 18 and up to experience nature, connect with others, and support their physical health one step at a time. Youth TTRPG (Virtual)
YOUTH TTRPG is a tabletop role-playing game group for ages 12-18. They play a variety of TTRPGs (tabletop role-playing games) in one to two session games. Dice and any other tools are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own!

Afton from Big Brothers Big Sisters will be joining May’s Proud Families Caregivers Group to share information about Big Pride, a program that pairs LGBTQIA+ youth (called “Littles”) with affirming adult mentors (called “Bigs”)! Join us to learn more about becoming a “Big” to a local LGBTQIA+ young person, or to get your child involved as a “Little”!

LGBTQIA+ & ALLIES BIKE RIDE is a weekly ride that runs on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to noon, April through September. This will be a no-drop ride, with the slowest rider setting our pace.
All abilities are welcome! Helmets are required, headlights and taillights are encouraged. The ride will rotate 4 locations.

Pre-Pride Event: Doggy Day @ Fairmount Park
Bring your dogs (big and small!) for an afternoon of fun! There will be racing, a biscuit-eating contest, a “best trick” contest, and a photo booth to take a picture with your pup. We will be grilling up hot dogs (meat and vegetarian) while our furry friend sniff, bark, and play. There will be pools placed around the park, so please bring towels. And don’t worry, there will be games for humans too - complete with door prizes!
This event will take place at on May 24th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Fairmount Dog Park.

In partnership with Cares Sexual Wellness Services, OutFront Kalamazoo is hosting FREE HIV/STI testing on April 22nd from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. No insurance or appointment is necessary.

AroAce Spectrum Community
AROACE SPECTRUM COMMUNITY (AASC) is a group for individuals ages 18+ who fall within the asexual and aromantic spectrum, along with those who are questioning.
Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the OutFront Kalamazoo office.

Community Health Services
OutFront Kalamazoo has a Community Health Worker in our office on Mondays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Our Community Health Workers are here to assist with things such as food insecurity, applying for health insurance, getting a government phone, finding clothing, and more.

Translation
TRANSLATION is a support group for cis partners (18+) of transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals. As a group, Translation strives to provide a safe and supporting environment for partners of transgender and nonbinary people. Translation provides support, mentoring, resources, education, advocacy, and group social interaction.
Meetings take place the third Sunday of the month from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the OutFront Kalamazoo office.

Proud Families Playdate (*New Time*)
PROUD FAMILIES is an affinity group for LGBTQIA+ families, including any and all families with LGBTQIA+ youth ages 0-12 and/or LGBTQIA+ caregivers.
Proud Families Caregiver Group: Offers a supportive and educational space centered around the concept of “rainbow parenting.” Meets on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the OutFront Kalamazoo office. (Youth are welcome to attend, but are not the focus of these sessions.)
Proud Families Playdate: Offers an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ families with youth ages 0-12 to get together for some fun! Meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the OutFront Kalamazoo office, unless otherwise specified.

QWC BEE
QUEER WOMEN’S COMMUNITY (QWC) is a peer-directed group for lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and questioning women. This group offers a space for queer women to explore and discuss the topics that matter most to us.
Queer Women’s Community aims to build authentic and lasting bonds through this shared experience. This group is especially for women in Kalamazoo and the surrounding areas. Join this group to meet new people, learn about events, and stay in touch!
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the OutFront Kalamazoo office.

Youth TTRPG (In-Person)
YOUTH TTRPG is a tabletop role-playing game group for ages 12-18. They play a variety of TTRPGs (tabletop role-playing games) in one to two session games. Dice and any other tools are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own!
This group meets in-person at the OutFront Kalamazoo office from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month, and virtually via Discord from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Saturday of each month.


Political Action 101 (Part 1)
OutFront Kalamazoo and Vote Run Lead are excited to announce a new workshop series! This two-part Political Action 101 workshop series is designed to give you the tools you need to engage in political action and advocacy. Your voice matters!
Part 1 will take place at Stara Collaborative on April 10th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., and Part 2 will take place on April 24th at the same time. Attendance at Part 1 is required to attend Part 2.

Monthly Euchre Tournament
Our MONTHLY EUCHRE TOURNAMENT is held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6-9pm at The Crafted Copper. This is an opportunity for anyone within the LGBTQIA+ community to socialize, connect, and have fun while sharing in a few rounds of this popular Midwestern card game.
