Reproductive Health Fund Info Session

Everyone deserves access to reproductive, sexual, and gender-affirming health care services – especially those who face greater barriers to care including those who identify as Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC), undocumented people, low-income people, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+. OutFront Kalamazoo collaborates with YWCA Kalamazoo, Optimed Pharmacy, and Planned Parenthood to address this health disparity through the Reproductive Health Fund, which eliminates financial and transportation barriers to increase access to doula services, abortion services, gender-affirming care, and emergency contraception for Kalamazoo County residents.

Join us at OutFront Kalamazoo on July 19th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. to learn more about the Reproductive Health Fund and how this unique program can help you access life-saving reproductive health services.

To be contacted directly by an RHF representative, complete the contact form available at https://www.ywcakalamazoo.org/what-we-do/advocacy-systems-change/reproductive-health-fund.

Join us at OutFront Kalamazoo on July 11th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for Art Hop! You are invited to draw and color with our Artist of the Month, Erin Brott, as she shares a coloring book of her own design detailing flowers that are important to LGBTQIA+ history. All supplies will be provided, and all ages are welcome!

About the Artist
Erin Brott (she/her) views her paints as a detailed map of her experiences in love, life, and nature. Through paint and color, she investigates the subtle nuances of daily existence, depicting these energies, emotions, moments, and occurrences. As a queer artist, she incorporates symbols and patterns with historical significance of the LGBTQIA+ community, drawing attention to specific areas within the frame. These compositions aim to create a safe space for simply existing, observing, and reflecting.
