We are proud to offer a range of gender affirming products, personal hygiene products, and menstrual products at no cost to you. All items are FREE to residents of Kalamazoo county.

Please note that items are pick-up only at the OutFront Kalamazoo office. We are not able to send or deliver these items at this time.

How It Works:

Step 1: Know Your Options

Look through the available items listed on this page to determine which products may be right for you. Please limit items to one of each type per customer.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Come into the OutFront Office during our business hours and tell a staff member which items you are interested in. Once you have determined your final order, a staff member will give you a referral form to complete.

Note: You are able to try on items in our office to determine correct sizing. We have measuring tapes available as well.

Step 3: Wait

Your order will be submitted with our monthly stocking requests. A staff member will call you when your order is ready for pickup. Wait times may be up to 6 weeks.

Step 4: Pick Up & Enjoy!

Once your order is ready, you are welcome to pick up at our office during regular business hours. We are not able to send or deliver items at this time.

Gender Affirming Products

Soft Cup Bra

  • Ideal for everyday wear, this super-soft modal and lace bra offers a customizable fit and medium support for everyday wear. This pocketed bra also includes lovely feminine touches, including ultra-plush Super Soft® lace trim; a breathable mesh back panel; and pockets that easily accommodate modesty pads, breast prosthesis, or lightweight breast forms.

Breast Form Inserts

  • Our F(oo)B® inserts are lightweight and super comfy! These inserts achieve a full-B or small-C cup shape proportional to your body size. These light-as-air foam breast forms are ideal alternatives for quick, easy, and affordable everyday wear. The seamless molded cup shape creates a smooth, natural appearance under clothing and is best suited when inserted into the interior pocket of our bras.

    Designed and sized to fit based on your band size, these forms will give a B/C cup size. To achieve a B/C cup under your shirt or dress, just select your band size (32-38).

  • Sizes Available: 32 - 38

    Colors Available: Black only

    • Hand wash, or machine wash on delicate as needed

    • Air dry to keep shape

    • Do not use as swimwear; this product will retain water

    • Do not lay this product directly against your skin; please use inside pockets built into bras and camisoles

Tucking Gaff Underwear

  • Our Gaff and Go Trans Tuck Thong is specifically made for transgender women who have not had genital surgery. Materials include a mixture of luxury fabric, and the thongs are lined with premium cotton. Each piece is also purpose-made to gently ‘tuck’ the genitals in place. Gaff and Go Trans Tuck thong is more of a high-waisted style thong, designed to fully cover up to the hip region and finish above the bum crack to flatter the derrière.

  • Care Instructions:

    • Machine wash with like colours, 30 degrees.

    • Gently cycle only.

    • Non-chlorine bleach when needed.

gc2b Chest Binders

  • gc2b patented design uses a double panel binder made with a nylon spandex blend and cotton for extra flattening effect. The binding panel does not go below the chest, so it does not bind your stomach. This material is breathable; it can be comfortably tucked in.

Cake Bandit Packing Boxer Briefs

  • Cake Bandit's monochrome packing underwear series features a sleek tone on tone waistband.

    Our boxer briefs have an inside pouch and can be worn with or without a packer (*See item below). The internal pouch can also accommodate an STP but you will need to take the STP out of the pouch before using your prosthetic.

    These all-gender, all-anatomy, boxer briefs have a 6" inseam and the same great Cake Bandit fit.

    Cake Bandit uses Standard US Sizing. Order your regular underwear size or use the measurements below. Please note all Cake Bandit underwear is low-rise and is meant to sit lower on your hips, not your waist.

Inject-Ease

  • Consider Shot Day anxiety a thing of the past. The Inject-Ease is a simple device that makes injections painless and easy. Place your loaded syringe in the Inject-Ease, place the tip against your skin, and press the button to automatically deliver the needle through the skin.

    You control the rate at which the medicine is injected. The special tip is designed to work specifically with subcutaneous (SubQ) injections.

    Designed for one-handed use, which allows users to access hard-to-reach injection sites such as your buttocks and gives independence to those with limited dexterity and coordination.

  • One-press needle insertion: Inserts the needle through the skin automatically and easily. Designed for use with 25-26 GaugeSubQ injections with a 5/8” (inch) in length. Also compatible with .75" (inch) needles using the 1/8" spacer provided.


    *Your Inject-Ease comes with two tips and two spacers. See details below.

    TIPS: The Inject-Ease comes with one standard white tip for shorter insulin needles and one extra-long clear adaptor tip for 5/8" subcutaneous needles. You will want to use the extra-long clear adaptor tip.

    SPACERS: The Inject-Ease comes with one 1/8" spacer and one 1/4" spacer to create additional length for longer or non-standard needle sizes. If you use .75" length needles, you can use the extra-long clear adaptor tip WITH the 1/8" spacer provided.

    Truth is most people can probably wear any size cup but individual shapes, health conditions, pelvic floor strengths, menstrual flows and birthing histories all affect people differently. We use a guideline based on years of experience to help pick the right size for you, but it’s not an exact science.
