Tracy Hall Announces Resignation as Executive Director of OutFront Kalamazoo

KALAMAZOO, MI – Tracy Hall (she/they), Executive Director of OutFront Kalamazoo, has announced their resignation from the organization, effective December 2, 2024. Hall will step down to pursue an exciting new opportunity.
During Hall’s time as Executive Director, they have contributed to expanding the programming and services offered by OutFront, including key initiatives in housing and reducing health disparities and working closely with the staff, board, and community to further OutFront Kalamazoo’s mission to create a just, inclusive, equitable, and supportive environment in Southwest Michigan for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.
Hall expressed gratitude for the opportunity to lead and serve the community, stating:
"It has been my honor to lead OutFront Kalamazoo and work alongside so many dedicated individuals who share a passion for the LGBTQIA+ Community. I am proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I look forward to watching the organization continue to grow and thrive under new leadership."
The Board of Directors at OutFront Kalamazoo will begin the process of finding a successor, ensuring a smooth transition. The board expressed their appreciation for Hall’s leadership and commitment. Jonathan Richardson (he/him), President of the Board of Directors, commented: "We are incredibly thankful for Tracy’s dedication and tireless work on behalf of OutFront Kalamazoo.
