The Virtual LGBTQ+ Support Group meets to provide therapeutic coping skills for dealing with anxiety and depression. The group is facilitated by Alexander Fry, Limited Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, CFTP.
Join us each Saturday at 3:30pm for therapeutic tips on managing stress and any mental health symptoms you are experiencing. This group is for all ages (youth and adults alternate Saturdays, check our program calendar for more information). 1-on-1 sessions are available.
