Transcend is an adult trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming support group that meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm, as well as the 4th Sunday of the month at 4pm. This group is peer-support-based and open topic, and is currently being held virtually via Zoom meetings.
