Join OutFront Kalamazoo with Inclusive Justice of Michigan (IJ) and Equality Michigan (EQMI) along with Stand with Trans and Michigan UU Social Justice Network welcome students back to school and legislators back to work with Protecting Democracy: Rally for Full Equality on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Noon.

The rally will be held at the State of Michigan Capitol steps and is in memory of activist Jim Toy of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Confirmed speakers include Michigan Senator Mallory McMorrow, Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist II, ACLU Attorney Jay Kaplan, Episcopal Bishop Bonnie Perry, along with teachers, students, librarians, and activists.
