Join OutFront Kalamazoo and ModeShift Kalamazoo for a fun and educational ride exploring the culturally rich and transforming Vine and Edison neighborhoods in beautiful Kalamazoo, MI.

Our ride will start at OutFront Kalamazoo (340 S. Rose Street), head out on the new Lovell Street cycle track and check out murals in Vine, explore the new trail at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market, see a couple more murals in Edison, and then travel through Upjohn Park before heading back to OutFront where we'll be serving free tacos!

All ages, abilities, and wheels are welcome!

This ride is being organized by OutFront and ModeShift and we strongly encourage all who will be participating to reflect on the significance of being visible and building community, as well as the impacts of gentrification and displacement, and how they are changing the neighborhoods of Kalamazoo. Be respectful of the community and be especially mindful of the spaces you will be visiting on this ride.

Route: Approx. 3.5 miles, relatively flat

Getting there: KMetro lines 1, 12, and 13
