To receive an ID card, you must:

• Pay a $10 fee per application (scholarship opportunities available!)

• Show proof of residence in Kalamazoo County.

• Provide proof of identity (see eligibility criteria at https://www.kalcounty.com/clerk/id).

With your Kalamazoo County ID, you can:

• Pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy.

• Present additional identity credentials to the State.

• Prove your identity when using credit cards.

• Cash checks at participating financial institutions.
