TRANSCEND is an adult trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming support group. This group is peer-support-based and open-topic.

Meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., as well as the fourth Sunday of the month from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
