OutFront Kalamazoo has a Community Health Worker in our office on Mondays from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Our Community Health Workers are here to assist with things such as food insecurity, applying for health insurance, getting a government phone, finding clothing, and more.

They provide information and referrals to local organizations and can assist you in getting connected with the help you with things such as:
