In honor of Banned Book Week, you're invited to read from and talk about your favorite banned books with OutFront Kalamazoo and this is a bookstore & Bookbug at this open mic event!

In the past few years, we have seen a tremendous increase in the calls for books to be removed from public and private institutions because they are deemed "dangerous." Many of these have LGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC characters, stories, and themes. We reject such censorship.

This event will take place on October 11th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at this is a bookstore & Bookbug.
