We are so excited to host KALAMAZOO PRIDE 2024 on June 7 & 8 at the Arcadia Creek Festival site! Vendor alley will be open on Saturday, June 8 from 2-6 pm.
If you are interested in becoming a Vendor, fill out the registration form at the bottom of the page.
All paperwork is due by Due Friday, May 3, 2024, by 5 pm.
There are a limited number of spaces available and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis, at the discretion of OutFront Kalamazoo. Spaces sold out in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023 – get your registration forms in early to guarantee your spot!
Vendor Information
Nonprofit organizations, artisans, and other agencies are invited to have a space in Saturday’s Vendor Alley at Kalamazoo Pride 2024. By placing your organization in front of our 9,000 attendees, you can highlight our work and support the LGBTQ community.
Business Vendor: $450
· Organization listed as a Pride Partner in digital media and print materials, including the Pride Guide
· Information or vending space in Vendor Alley on Saturday from 2 pm until 6 pm
· Table and two chairs for Vendor Alley space
Nonprofit Vendor: $200
· Organization listed as a Pride Partner in digital media and print materials, including the Pride Guide
· Information or vending space in Vendor Alley on Saturday from 2 pm until 6 pm
· Table and two chairs for Vendor Alley space
Artisan Vendor: $150
· Vendor listing in digital media and print materials, including the Pride Guide
· Information or vending space in Vendor Alley on Saturday afternoon of the Pride festival (2 pm until 6 pm)
· Table and two chairs for Vendor Alley space
Note for artisans: This category is for individual artisans who are interested in selling handmade items such as art
or jewelry, not for organizations or larger businesses.
