2021 Rally for Equality
Saturday, September 18, 2021
11 am - 2 pm Bronson Park - Kalamazoo
Over the past eighteen months, the health and economic crisis has raised awareness about existing inequalities and disparities experienced by the LGBTQIA+ community in all areas of life: health, employment, education, housing and more. This increased awareness is challenging communities to talk openly and honestly about equity and justice. It is time to gather together, to re-energize, reunite and raise our voices to demand change. Please sign up and plan to join us and our growing list of Partner Organizations.
Join us…
To rally our community around the unfinished work of LGBTQIA+ equity.
To affirm and protect our rights and ensure our safety.
To protest inequality and discriminatory policies in Michigan.
To raise our visibility and demonstrate the size, strength, and diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community and our allies.
If you are interested in joining the growing list of partner organizations, please contact action@outfrontkzoo.org.
Once you have signed up to attend, you can help promote the event with this Rally poster and these images that you can share on social media. Thanks for helping to spread the word.
